Rio Rancho, New Mexico

Given that this was my very LAST wedding of 2022, I’m so thankful it was with Alexis and Jimmy! They had a beautiful day weather wise, and were surrounded by their families and friends whom most of which (if not all!) had flown into town for from out of state.
Their wedding celebration took place at the Church of the Incarnation Catholic Church in Rio Rancho, and it is such a beautiful parish!! The lighting was exquisite for photography and the ceremony itself was personal and intimately planned.
Alexis’ gown and veil was gorgeous, and she planned to get ready inside the bridal suite at Incarnation. I absolutely love the photos from their time in this suite, which you can see below!
Austin was my second shooter for this wedding and he captured a few moments of Jimmy and his groomsmen, as well as his parents and grandmother pre-ceremony also.
After the mass, we took care of family formals and then headed over to a rose garden in Albuquerque for a few bridal party portraits, prior to heading to Old Town for bride and groom portraits. Old Town was quite busy, but I adore the photos captured from our time here!!
Next, we headed to the Uptown Sheraton Hotel in Albuquerque for happy hour, dinner and dancing, and wrapped up the evening with rooftop portraits during golden hour. It was such a thrill to be up there again, and makes for some pretty great photos AND memories!
Alexis and Jimmy, it was an honor to serve you both and please know that we will be praying for you as you embark on the wonderful journey of marriage and family life!
Here is a highlight of your wedding day that I hope you love as much as I do!

Thank you both for trusting us with your special day!! It was an honor! xoxo
