Patton, PA

Carolyn and Nathan picked one of the most beautiful days of the entire 2023 summer to get married. The sky was a deep blue all day long, and there was a light, cool breeze complimenting the cool mid-70 degree temps which together made it feel as though it were early autumn.
Although neither Carolyn nor Nathan are from Patton, Carolyn’s family spent their Sunday mornings here at the beautiful Queen of Peace Catholic Church. While Carolyn is originally from the State College area, and Nathan from Buffalo, NY, they met in college on the basketball court.
Aside from the spectacular church and the beautiful wedding day in itself, Carolyn and Nathan are very blessed with wonderful parents, siblings and quite a number of extended family members and friends who all made the journey to celebrate their day with them. After mass, we made our way to Mount Assisi Gardens for portraits. The gardens provided the most magnificent location, and the light was perfect. I really love many of these images from the garden and it was quite hard to pick just a few favorites to feature here on this post!
I am honored to have photographed this day for them and hope you enjoy the images below!
