James & Bernadette | A Peach and Gold Wedding at St. Anselm

James and Bernadette's wedding day was incredible. They had beautiful early spring weather, with a light breeze and sunny skies. Both prepped for their big day at their respective homes, and some of my favorite images were taken of Bernadette in her backyard where she used to play, she looks beautiful and joyful!

They were married at St. Anslem’s church in Pittsburgh, which provided an awesome view from the balcony which enabled us to capture beautiful photographs of the consecration and first kiss. Bernadette chose a peach, ivory and gold color scheme, which was gorgeous. She had peach and ivory roses and baby’s breath to make up her bouquet, equipped with a new blessed Rosary, given to her before leaving for the church from her matron of honor. Her dress was lace, and she wore a cathedral length veil, which we used later in the day to get some gorgeous view shots with her and Jim!

After mass, we took some bridal party portraits on the front steps of the church which was really fun. After arriving to the reception we caught a few more bridal party portraits and of course some Bride and Groom portraits with the hills of Pittsburgh in the background!

After dinner, we were able to go back outside for a few minutes to take some sunset pictures which had an amazing glowy light!

Bernadette and Jim were enveloped in love from all their family members all day long. I am so excited for them as they live out their new vocation and pray they receive abundant blessings and graces from God over the yeas of their marriage together.
