Anna & Tomasz | A Downtown Pittsburgh Polish Catholic Wedding

Anna and Tomasz celebrated their wedding on one of the finest early February days, featuring mild weather and some late afternoon sun! Their wedding day was filled with several beautiful Polish traditions, as Tomasz' family is originally from Poland. Anna's siblings sang beautiful Latin hymns throughout the Mass at Saint Stanislaus Catholic Church in the downtown Strip District in Pittsburgh, which looked absolutely stunning when the light streamed in through the stained glass windows.

Anna and Tomasz had their immediate family and closest friends stand as the formal bridal party, and Anna worked with the ladies to select various color shades for their gowns, that would compliment the colors of both the interior of the church and wintertime We took family formal pictures at the Old Saint Patrick’s church just around the corner from St. Stansislaus, which provided a very nice natural backdrop to their portraits. The reception was at the Georgetown Center in Bethel Park. Once again, Anna and Tomasz and their parents incorporated a number of special Polish traditions, which was really neat for everyone – including myself! – to witness.
